The NIHR Exeter Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) supports research aimed at translating scientific discoveries into improved treatments and care for patients.

This impact funding, received in collaboration with Wendy Noble and Rosie Bamford, will allow us to gather preliminary data on novel isoforms of tau, a protein implicated in Alzheimer's disease and frontotemporal dementia.
